    No, you have to put WordPress on another hosting site to use plugins.

    Hi I cannot connect using filezilla. Where do I get the host name and the username and password.

    Shame on you “newlifetrib9412″ this is a great little video. I just wrote a blog post about installing a back up plugin for my subscribers and popped on here to get a simple video explaining the process. This is exactly what I wanted. It is only for hosted I believe.

    Well done good simple video doing what it says on the tin.

    The public_html folder is just where web content is placed on this server – it may be difference on yours. I’ve never seen a plugin fail to appear – are the permissions on the plugin you uploaded correct?
